Vehicle Information:
As a seller, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the vehicle you intend to sell to EZ Cash 4Cars NJ.
EZ Cash 4Cars NJ reserves the right to verify the information provided and adjust the offer accordingly, should any discrepancies arise.
Offer and Transaction Process
EZ Cash 4Cars NJ will provide you with a written offer based on the information you provide about your vehicle.
The offer is valid for a specified period, as indicated in the offer documents.
If you accept the offer, the transaction process will be initiated, subject to the vehicle inspection.
Vehicle Inspection:
EZ Cash 4Cars NJ will conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle to verify its condition.
The final offer may be adjusted based on the results of the inspection.
EZ Cash 4Cars NJ reserves the right to cancel the offer or renegotiate the price if significant issues are found during the inspection.
Title and Ownership:
As a seller, you must have a clear title and ownership of the vehicle you intend to sell.
You must provide all necessary documents, including the vehicle title and registration, to complete the transaction.
Payment:
Payment will be made to the seller in the form agreed upon during the transaction process.
Payment will be issued after all necessary documents are provided, and the vehicle inspection is completed.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Either party may cancel the transaction before the completion of the vehicle inspection.
If the seller cancels the transaction after the inspection, EZ Cash 4Cars NJ may retain a reasonable inspection fee.
Once the transaction is completed, no refunds will be issued.
Limitation of Liability:
EZ Cash 4 Cars NJ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any transactions.
EZ Cash 4Cars NJ shall not be responsible for any damages or losses caused by the seller’s misrepresentation of the vehicle or any other acts beyond our control.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services or related transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.
Amendments:
EZ Cash 4Cars NJ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By continuing to use our services after the changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
